Participation is open to all persons interested in the field of dentistry and strictly subject to availability.
Please note that all persons intending to attend and participate in the Congress must register.
- Each registrant must fill in a separate form.
- All dentists MUST register as dentists. If a dentist’s spouse or partner is also a dentist, both must register separately as dentists.
- Overseas dentists who are members of their national dental association are eligible to pay the ADA member registration fee, and must provide proof of membership.
- Student identification card must be valid at the time of Congress.
- First Year ADA Member Graduates must provide formal evidence of date of qualification or first registration. To be eligible for this registration rate, the date of qualification must be within 18 months prior to the Congress date.

Exhibition Day Entry
The industry exhibition is open to visitors who have not registered for the Congress at a cost of AUD$60 per adult per day. Exhibition day entry visitors wishing to attend the Exhibition will need to register.
Exhibition Day Entry registration will be available online from Tuesday 1st March 2011. Day entry registration will also be available on-site. Bookings can not be made prior to this date.
Please note: The Exhibition Day Entry fee does not include food & beverage provided by the Congress organisers, or access to any scientific sessions or Congress social events.

Note*: The Congress Name Badge is your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to enter Congress events and the industry exhibition. Your badge will identify your individual entitlements. The Congress Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Payment of Fees
Note: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Payment for delegate and accompanying person registration is accepted by credit card – Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Diners. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Congress by OzAccom Pty Ltd.
Payment made by cheque (made payable to ‘Australian Dental Congresses’), must be drawn on an Australian bank and forwarded, with a copy of the Delegate Registration form to:

Acknowledgement
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged with confirmation of your requirements according to the registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your registration.
You will not receive any further related material prior to Congress, unless you have specifically elected to do so on the registration form. Your acknowledgement will include advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Congress. At the Congress you will receive the final programme, including speaker abstracts and a list of delegates.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing.
Registration Fees
- Before Thursday 23rd December 2010 will incur a AUD$150.00 Cancellation Fee
- Before Thursday 24th February 2011 will incur a 50% refund of fees paid.
- After Thursday 24th February 2011 there will be no refund.
Social Events
- Before Thursday 23rd December 2010 will incur a AUD$25.00 Cancellation Fee
- Before Thursday 24th February 2011 will incur a 50% refund of fees paid.

The Congress registration and hospitality desk will be located in the Foyer Level of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre and is expected to operate as follows:

Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Congress and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Congress, or through cancellation of the Congress, loss of international /domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Austalia (and elsewhere), failure to utilise tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss and damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Congress managers do not take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
